The Intention: Down-size from a four-bedroom home to a condo, making sure every space flows into the next—and has maximum storage with maximum style. We brought in the team for custom cabinetry, built-ins, and a custom kitchen banquet, allowing the homeowner to use every inch of the kitchen and gain lots of seating. A custom built-in cabinet in the living room serves as both a media cabinet and storage for dining room china. The home office has maximum functionality—printer cabinet, file storage, cable concealment throughout, and functional layered lighting.
