Designing your home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. From the first conversation to the final installation, we handle every detail so you can focus on what matters most — enjoying the space we create together.
Here's what working with Redux looks like.
A complimentary 20-minute call
Every great project starts with a conversation. We'll talk through your goals, timeline, and budget, and share a little about how we work. If it feels like a good fit, we'll take the next step together.
Getting to know you and your home
We'll meet in person to walk through your space, explore your vision, and talk through what's possible. This is where the ideas start to take shape — and where we make sure we're the right team for your project.
Where the vision comes to life
Once we're officially working together, we dive deep. We spend time getting to know how you live, what you love, and what you need from your home. From there, we build a complete design plan — mood boards, floor plans, finish selections, furniture sourcing, and everything in between.
For new construction and remodel projects, this phase also includes architectural plan review, custom millwork design, detailed elevations, lighting plans, and close coordination with your builder and trades.
For furnishings projects, we source from our curated network of trade vendors to create a space that's layered, personal, and built to last.
We take it from here
Once you've approved the design, we handle all the ordering, tracking, and logistics. You'll receive regular updates so you always know where things stand. No chasing down vendors. No guesswork. We've got it covered.
The moment it all comes together
Everything arrives, gets inspected, and is installed in a single white glove delivery day. We're on-site from start to finish, placing every piece, styling every surface, and making sure the final result is exactly what we envisioned together. You just show up to a home you love.

As an NCIDQ certified interior designer, holding the industry's highest distinction, Jennifer brings unparalleled expertise in both construction and design to every project.
She has a unique understanding of how to design homes that offer the best return on your investment, saving you time, money, and the headache of managing it all yourself. From large-scale renovations and custom new builds to full-scope furnishings and styling, Jennifer partners closely with each client to create a home that works for their family long term.
When she's not deep in a project, Jennifer immerses herself in Chicago's arts and culture scene, drawing inspiration from galleries, Expo Chicago, and the city's culinary landscape. That curiosity and eye for detail show up in every home she designs.
